Punjab News: The next meeting of the Punjab Cabinet will be held on May 17 under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Mann. The meeting will be held at Circuit House, Jalandhar under ‘Sarkar Aapki Duar’. In which development works of entire Punjab including Jalandhar will be approved. Earlier the Cabinet meeting was held in Ludhiana

Decisions regarding all the major matters related to Punjab have been taken by the Hon’ble Government in the Cabinet meeting itself. The last Cabinet meeting was held in Ludhiana for the first time outside Chandigarh. In this meeting, it was decided to hold cabinet meetings in different villages and cities under ‘Sarkar Aapke Dur’. CM Mann said that wherever the cabinet meeting will take place, the government will stay there for the whole day.

In the last cabinet meeting, the Punjab government talked about implementing the 7th Pay Commission for the teachers of PAU. In the next cabinet meeting, PAU employees and Garvasu teachers were asked to give 7th salary. Now it is clear that the Punjab government will give this gift to the employees on May 17 i.e. Wednesday.
