London : Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif is reported to have been attacked in his car in London. Sharif narrowly escaped in this attack. However, the relatives of former Prime Minister Sharif said that there was no attack.
Nawaz Sharif’s party PML-N activist Khurram Butt wrote on Twitter that PTI workers and supporters attacked former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s vehicle. Nawaz Sharif is fine and he is not hurt. The attacker has been arrested. However, later Khurram Butt deleted his tweet.
Meanwhile, media reports quoted a Sharif family source as saying that there was no attack on former Prime Minister Sharif. Nawaz Sharif happened to be there during the clash between the social organization Black Lives Matter and the police. Sharif’s vehicle was parked nearby. Coffee thrown from somewhere fell on that vehicle. Its purpose was not to target Nawaz Sharif.
