Patel Mandap flourished with cultural performances by artists

Meerut, May 18 (Hindustan Times). Sanskar Bharti Meerut Mahanagar organized a cultural evening at the Provincial Nauchandi Mela at Patel Mandap on Thursday night. The audience sitting in the Patel Mandap was mesmerized by the performance of the artists.

The cultural evening organized at Nauchandi Mela under the chairmanship of Sanskar Bharati Metropolitan President Dr. Mayank Aggarwal was inaugurated by the guests lighting a lamp on the picture of Mother Saraswati. Chief Guest Member of Parliament Rajendra Agarwal said that the institute provides a platform to artists of all genres to promote traditional arts, painting, music, landscaping, dance, folk art, literature and drama. Special guest Arvind Gupta Marwari said that Sanskar Bharati is doing important work to acquaint Indians with the country’s folk arts and to preserve and promote them.

Sanstha Dhyan Geet, Saraswati Vandana, Uttar Pradesh Folk Dance Holi and other beautiful mesmerizing performances were given by boys and girls of various schools. Amrit Kala Kendra Shastri Nagar, Mansi Dance Academy and folk singer Reena Raghav got special support to make the program a success. The audience enjoyed the beautiful performance, applauded and encouraged the children. The program was coordinated by Dr. Disha Dinesh and Archana Johri. Sheelvardhan, Sudhakar Ashwadi, Rakesh Jain, Virendra Sharma, Harish Parashar, Dr. Gaurav Dutta, Kamal, Rajeev, Arjun etc. contributed to the program.
