Palwal: Farmer beaten up, case filed against 4 nominees and others

Palwal: A 50-year-old farmer was thrashed with bricks in Badoli village. The body of the farmer was found lying inside his house. The deceased had severe injury marks on his head. People who sit with him everyday have been accused of murder. Chand Hut police station has registered a case against 4 names and others based on the complaint of the deceased’s cousin. The police handed over the body to the relatives after the post-mortem.

According to the information received, Raghuraj, a resident of Badauli village, has filed a complaint that his uncle Atar Singh has a son Sundar and 2 daughters. Sundar used to live by farming. Sundar had money transactions with the villagers Udham, Sumit, Bholi, Naresh and others. Sundar was found lying on the ground in his house on Sunday morning. He had severe injuries on his head and face, due to which he died.

According to Raghuraj, the accused youth came to Sundar at night. Apart from that, Hansraj also saw him coming home. He suspects that these youths beat up Sundar because of the money transaction.

Chand Hut police station in-charge inspector Kailash Chand Bhadana said on Sunday that on the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case of murder against four named youths and others. Police say that the matter is being investigated. Pressure is being put on arresting the accused.
