Chandigarh: Pakistan has dropped heroin worth over one billion rupees from a drone in the border area of ​​Amritsar district of Punjab, India. Seeing the movement of the drone, the BSF also opened fire but it disappeared within seconds. BSF and Punjab Police have intensified search operations in the area.

According to the BSF, the incident took place near the border village of Kakkar on Tuesday night. The Pakistani side opened fire on seeing the drone entering. But by then he had disappeared leaving behind two big packets. About 15.5 kg of heroin has been recovered from these packets. Its price in the international market is Rs 108.5 crore.
