Pakistan: America is brown! Pak Army Chief Asim Munir guest for a few days?

[ad_1]

Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir: After PTI leader Imran Khan’s show of strength and victory in the Supreme Court, his war with Pakistan’s powerful army is increasing. Pakistan Army can file a case against Imran Khan under the Army Act and can arrest him anytime. Meanwhile, Imran Khan has openly said that Army Chief Asim Munir is behind his ‘abduction’ on 9th May. Now the discussion has intensified in Pakistan’s military circles whether America wants to remove Army Chief General Munir? The biggest reason behind this apprehension is Zalme Khalilzad, who has been the US ambassador to Afghanistan and who dealt with the Taliban.

After the massive violence that broke out in Pakistan following the arrest of Imran Khan, Zalmay Khalilzad has openly supported the PTI leader in several tweets. Zalme Khalilzad, close to the Biden government and an expert on Pakistan and Afghanistan affairs, has demanded the resignation of Pakistan Army Chief Munir to resolve the entire dispute. He said that instead of taking a step back, the Pakistan Army is going to escalate the drama. Rumor has it that Pakistani army wants to arrest Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi.

‘Asim Munir is a patriot, so resign’

Former US ambassador Zalme said that Pakistan’s army wants a treason case against Imran Khan and wants to keep him in jail for a long time. This would be an inexcusable and reckless move. I repeat once again, if Army Chief General Munir is a patriot, he should resign and announce a date for elections to bring things back on track. He appealed to the people of Pakistan to oppose any destructive action taken by the army.

Zalme also said that there is a possibility that Imran Khan may be killed inside the jail. While Zalme Khalilzad has been openly supporting Imran Khan, the Biden administration has also indirectly supported Imran Khan’s opposition. The US has said on Monday that the people of Pakistan have the right to protest peacefully. US State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said on the arrest of Imran Khan that the law of the country should be respected during any arrest.

Imran Khan and America are getting closer!!!

Significantly, when Imran was not arrested, the US Ambassador to Pakistan met Fawad Chaudhary, a close aide of Imran Khan. Imran Khan himself has spoken to American officials several times. Many analysts believe that the US is supporting Imran Khan to teach a lesson to Pakistan Army Chief Munir sitting in China’s lap. Before the arrest of Imran Khan, the Foreign Minister of China had reached Pakistan. Here he advised Munir to improve the ‘house’.
