This luxury palace has 110 garages and a private zoo with Bengal tigers, and diverse bird species. During this, an important agreement was reached between the two leaders regarding a direct flight from Chennai to Bandar Seri.

The palace has parking for 110 cars, an air-conditioned stable for 200 polo ponies, five swimming pools, and a mosque that accommodates 1,500 worshipers.
