Officers of the State Police Service are learning new dimensions of policing in a mid-career training programme

Bhopal, May 29 (Hindustan Times). A mid-career training program organized by the Training Branch Police Headquarters for senior officers of the state was inaugurated by DGP Sudhir Kumar Saxena on Monday, May 29 at the Academy of Administration. Speaking on the occasion, Saxena said that this training program is very important for the personality and profession of the officers.

He told the participants of this training that the participants should try to learn something from every place with their positive thinking. On this occasion, Saxena said that during the training, all the contestants from home and abroad should leave an impression of their best personality.

Opportunity to learn new :-

ADG Police Training Anuradha Shankar while discussing with the officers who participated in the training program said that all the participants will learn something new in this tour away from their busy schedule, which will further enhance professional efficiency. Speaking at the event, Academy of Administration Director Mujibar Rehman Khan said that no one teaches the participants in this mid-career training, rather they learn from their own experiences. He said the technical nuances of important issues like emotional intelligence and criminal justice will be taught during the training.

75 officers involved in training:-

It may be noted that the Mid-Career Training Program is organized every year by the Training Branch Police Headquarters to enhance the professional skills of the officers of the State Police Service. During this program, officers get to learn new dimensions of policing in India and abroad. The third batch of officers is going for training. So far 75 officers have attended this training.
