Very popular TV actor Nitesh Pandey died of a heart attack at a hotel in Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra. He was 51 years old. The actor’s death has come as a shock to his family, friends and fans. The police has issued an official statement regarding the death of Nitesh Pandey.

According to a police statement, “Writer-actor Nitesh Pandey was staying at Hotel Dew Drop in Igatpuri from Tuesday morning. The actor ordered dinner in the evening. After this, when the door of his room was knocked to give the order, he did not open the door. In such a case, an employee opened the door with a master key. Nitesh Pandey was lying unconscious inside.

Nitesh was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

The police further said, ‘The hotel management admitted Nitesh Pandey to the rural hospital of Igatpuri at two o’clock in the night. But before being admitted there, the doctors declared him dead. Igatpuri Police has conducted further investigation in this regard. Currently, the police is waiting for the postmortem report of the actor. The police are also interrogating the hotel staff and family members.

Nitesh was associated with the entertainment industry for 25 years.

Nitesh started his career in theater in the early 90s. After this he moved to the small screen and did many television shows. Talking about Nitesh’s TV serials, he played important roles in shows like ‘Tejas’, ‘Manjil Apni Apni’, ‘Saya’, ‘Astitva Ek Prem Kahani’, ‘Justju’. He was last seen on the small screen in the role of Dheeraj in the serials ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Mitha Pyaara Pyaara’ and ‘Anupama’. Nitesh also had his own production house. Nitesh also acted in many films. It includes movies like Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Khosla KA Ghosla’, ‘Dabangg 2’, Sablai Do, Rangoon, Hunter, Baazi, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi.
