Nepal: Indian mountaineer Anurag Malu met after a week, this accident happened in Mount Annapurna

New Delhi: Anurag Malu, who went missing last week, has been rescued alive from Annapurna mountain. This has been confirmed by the Seven Summits trek. Last week, he went missing while descending from Annapurna mountain in Nepal.

Anurag’s brother Sudhir said, “He has been found alive. Right now he has been taken to the hospital in critical condition, but he is still alive.”

Anurag Malu were on a mission

Anurag Malu (34) is a resident of Kishangarh, Rajasthan. Anurag Malu, an industrialist by profession, while returning from Camp IV fell into a crevice below Camp III. This was confirmed to the media by an official of the organizer of the mountaineering expedition. Anurag Malu was on a mission to climb all 14 mountains above 8,000 metres. Malu has been awarded the Rex Karma-Vir Chakra.

Anurag is an avid mountaineer, who has climbed many mountains in the past. He has been awarded the REX Karma-Vir Chakra and has become the 2041 Antarctic Youth Ambassador from India.

Ministry of External Affairs was in touch with the Embassy in Nepal

In this regard, Ajmer MP Bhagirath Chowdhary has written a letter to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar requesting him to speed up the search for the missing youth and provide help to the embassy in Nepal. After getting information about this incident, Anurag’s family and friends are very upset. MP Bhagirath was in constant touch with the Ministry of External Affairs for updates related to his research.

Annapurna is the tenth highest mountain in the world

Notably, Mount Annapurna is the tenth highest mountain in the world and one of the most dangerous mountains for climbers. Anurag went to climb on it. It was reported on Monday that he had fallen into the ditch, since then efforts are being made to find him.

On Tuesday, two other Indian mountaineers Baljit Kaur and Arjun Vajpayee were also rescued from Annapurna peak.
