Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission dominates in Higher Secondary Examination, nine students in top ten

Kolkata: The result of West Bengal Higher Secondary Examination has been declared on Wednesday. Shubhanshu Sardar, a student of Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission, has topped the entire state. Apart from this, out of 87 students in the top ten in the state, 9 students are from Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission only. Ramakrishna Mission had a brilliant performance in the secondary examination results announced earlier.

The students and teachers of the school are very happy with this remarkable success. Shubhanshu Sardar has become the first in the state from this school. He has secured 496 marks out of 500. Similarly, Narendranath Banerjee of Narendrapur stood fourth. Their number is 493. Arkdeep Ghara of Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission has secured 491 marks in the state. Similarly, Bitton Shasmal, Arch Ghosh and Abhirup Pal finished seventh with 490 points. Syed Saqleen Kabir of Narendrapur has also secured 489 marks and secured eighth position in Higher Secondary. Sayan Saha and Archpratim D Higher Secondary scored 488 and stood ninth in the state.

Headmaster of Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission School Swami Stashanand has expressed happiness over this success. He said, “This is very happy news. We hoped that after 2015, this time maybe one of our students would be in the merit list again. Boys expected to look good. But we had no idea that one student from our own school would top the higher secondary and nine students from our school would be in the top ten.
