Kanpur (Kanhapur), May 13 (Hindustan). Police have registered a case against BJP councilor Raj Kishore Yadav for taking out a victory procession at Nawabganj police station on Saturday evening. The Election Commission and Joint Police Commissioner Anand Prakash issued a warning and put a complete ban on the victory procession.
Nawabganj police station in-charge inspector Pramod Kumar Pandey said that Nawabganj BJP councilor Raj Kishore Yadav has violated Section 144 by taking out the victory procession. The case has been filed keeping in view the strict instructions of the Election Commission and United.
Let it be said that Raj Kishore Yadav was earlier a councilor on the Samajwadi Party ticket, but this time he has managed to win the election by taking a BJP ticket. After the counting of votes, BJP corporator Raj Kishore Yadav took out a victory procession with his supporters, leading to a police case against him.
