Moradabad, May 29 (Hindustan Times). In the case of murder of a youth in Mazzola police station area a year ago, the police on Monday arrested a thug who had taken a reward of Rs 25,000 from the area. He was absconding in the crime of killing Mainu Prajapati.

During the investigation of this case, the names of Devendra Saini alias Bholu, Nawabuddin alias Mora, Anil Kumar and Rohit Saini, residents of Gajathal in Amroha district, came up in the murder of Monu Prajapati. Police had earlier arrested accused Sonu, Devendra Saini, Nawabuddin alias Mora, Anil Kumar and Pradeep Kumar in the case and sent them to jail. At the same time, accused Rohit Saini was absconding since the incident, for whose arrest a reward of Rs 25 thousand was kept.

On Monday, following a tip-off, police station Mazola SHO Viplav Sharma cordoned off the area and arrested bounty hunter Rohit Saini from under the Zero Point over bridge.
