Moana, the Disney musical sequel, was released in theaters for the first time on 27 November 2016. Moana 2, sed just in time for Thanksgiving and is bo to please all the little children, apparently broke animation box office records on its first day of opening. Similarly, the Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson voiced sequel has also published figures for the Wednesday collections which are significantly larger than other animated films.

According to The Wrap News, Moana 2 has shattered box office records. The movie grossed $57.5 million on its first day of release. This figure also comprises the $13.8 million figure from Tuesday previews, which was the highest ever for any Walt Disney animation picture.

It is estimated that Moana 2 will make an early $ 175 million or more as its prediction for the holiday period Moana two has been set for early release. Even when inflation is taken into account, the film is expected to break the Thanksgiving 5-day record of Frozen II which was released back in 2019. The total gross at the end was $125 million.
