Mirzapur: Policemen did drill, started running

Mirzapur, May 26 (Hindustan Times). Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Mishra inspected the parade ground located at Police Line by taking the salute of Friday’s weekly parade. Soldiers were made to run to stay physically and mentally fit.

The Superintendent of Police briefed and practiced the use of anti-riot equipment including drills and weapons drills to maintain discipline and uniformity. During the weekly parade, PRV 112 was exercised with a dog squad to secure the venue. In case of any incident, PRV 112 immediately reached the spot and gave information on how to secure the incident site, such as installing barrier tape. Practiced with bullet hole test kits and other equipment.

The Superintendent of Police made the police force practice anti-riot equipment to deal with riots and gave necessary guidelines on maintenance and operation of riot control equipment.
