Lucknow Minister of State for Vocational Education and Skill Development (Independent Charge) Kapil Dev Aggarwal, who arrived on Tuesday for a surprise inspection of the ITI in Aliganj area of Lucknow, interacted with the trainees. By questioning the trainees about the training, Kapil Dev took information on various subjects.
Minister Kapildev was upset that the above mentioned two officials Training Officer and Principal did not reach the ITI on time and also instructed them to take care of the time. He observed that the attendance book was called to know about the punctuality of the employees. Meanwhile he noticed some employees coming late and instructed to take action against them.
Looking at the machines in ITI, Kapil Dev pointed out to take care of cleanliness. The principal was also asked to conduct a special campaign for cleanliness. Expressing the need to do more work to improve ITI, he directed to do multi-purpose works.
Minister Kapil Dev said that Uttar Pradesh government’s aim is to make ITI better. For this, communication has been made with the officials of Lucknow ITI. Still trying to do something better in the coming days. Our efforts regarding employment are ongoing. A job fair is being organized and the candidates have also benefited from it.
