A division bench of Justice Suneet Kumar and Justice Rajendra Kumar IV passed the order while accepting an appeal filed on behalf of Ravindra Pratap Yadav of Varanasi. The Varanasi Family Court rejected the petitioner’s divorce petition.

The family court rejected the divorce petition of the husband.
