Lucknow A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad. In which the imam of the mosque raised an objection against the young man who came to offer namaz wearing a saffron kurta. This imam has given a sort of threat that ‘If there was a Muslim state, I would have explained it to you properly’. Not only this, it has also been said ‘not to come back in this saffron colored kurta’.

After this incident, Kunwar Asif Ali, a resident of Mohalla Qazi Tola, directly reached the police station. He has lodged a complaint against Imam Mehtab Hafiz of Jama Masjid in Farrukhabad. Police have registered a case based on this complaint. He wore a saffron colored kurta while offering namaz. At this the Imam stopped and said, “Don’t come again in this color shirt.” A young man complained to the police and said that if there was a Muslim state, I would have explained to you.

Wearing a saffron kurta, went to pray. After the prayer the imam stopped him. He said that in future don’t come to Namaz wearing this color kurta. This is the color of Hindus. Namaz cannot be offered in this color.
