Deir al-Balah:  The Israeli army has carried out a devastating airstrike on Gaza. In this airstrike, 46 people have died in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours. Gaza medical officials said that the area of ​​the region, which Israel declared as a humanitarian zone, was also targeted. Out of the 46 people who lost their lives in Gaza, 11 people were present in a temporary cafeteria in this area. In Lebanon, on Tuesday, fighter jets attacked the southern suburbs of Beirut and killed 33 people in other parts of the country.

The latest bombing by Israel comes at a time when the US has said that it will not reduce its military aid to Israel even after the deadline to send more humanitarian aid to Gaza has passed. Loud explosions were heard in the southern suburbs of Lebanon’s capital Beirut. This area is known as Dahiyah and Hezbollah is believed to be present here. Earlier, the Israeli army had issued a warning to evacuate 11 houses there. There was no immediate information about the number of casualties.

The hospital was also attacked.

Officials at Gaza’s Nasser Hospital said at least 11 people, including two children, were killed in the attack on the cafeteria. According to officials, 15 people were killed in an attack on a house in Gaza’s northern city of Beit Hanoun on Tuesday, including relatives of Al Jazeera journalist Hosam Shabat, who was reporting from the northern region. Kamal Adwan Hospital director Hosam Abu Safia said Mohammad Shabat, who worked as a doctor, his wife Dima, and daughter Elia were killed in the attack. Palestinian medical officials said 20 others were killed in attacks in central and southern Gaza.
