Washington: A 40-year-old Indian doctor has been arrested in the US for taking hundreds of nude photographs and making videos of children and women for several years, according to a media report. According to a Fox News TV channel report, Omair Ejaz was arrested on August 8. According to the TV channel, Ejaz had hidden cameras in several places including bathrooms, changing rooms, hospital rooms, and even in his own home.

The Oakland County Sheriff said on Tuesday that he also allegedly had sex with several women while they were unconscious or asleep. Sheriff Mike Bouchard said the investigation will take months. Authorities suspect there may be many more victims as investigators review thousands of videos found at the doctor’s home in Rochester Hills, a city in Oakland County in the US state of Michigan.

Bouchard said that during this time computers, phones, and 15 external devices were found and there were 13,000 videos in just one hard drive. Ejaz came to America from India in 2011 on a work visa.
