Moradabad: A month-long yoga camp under the auspices of Sarvaprayas Sitarsoi Trust was inaugurated on Tuesday. In which yoga will be taught under the guidance of yoga instructor Dheeraj Gupta.
Udaybhan Singh, president of Sarvprayas Sitarsoi Trust, said that pollution is increasing rapidly in today’s environment. A man is surrounded by many diseases at a young age. Overcrowding in hospitals is increasing at four times the speed day by day. Keeping this in mind, a month-long free yoga camp will be organized by Sarvaprayas Sita Shasha Trust. Social activist Sanjeev Sharma inaugurated the yoga shivar with Vedic chants. Coordinator of the program Udaybhan Singh said that all diseases like sugar, blood pressure, obesity, hyper tension, back pain, knee pain will be cured through yoga in the yoga camp. In today’s practice yoga asanas like Makrasana, Bhujangasana, Mandukasana, Surya Namaskar were practiced. Pankaj Gupta, Seema Gupta, Akri Gupta, Manu, Pushpa, Ansh Bhardwaj, Saransh Bhardwaj, Chhaya Gupta, Supreet Singh, Juhi Sharma and all the residents of the colony performed yoga on this occasion.
