Islamabad, May 22 (Hindustan). Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed apprehension that he may be arrested tomorrow (Tuesday) in Islamabad. Khan said that there is an 80 percent chance of this. He has made this claim in an interview given to global media.
He has clarified that despite this he will go to Islamabad on May 23 to join the investigation of Al Qadir Trust case. He will also appear in the court. Khan, a former prime minister, said the ruling coalition has vowed to remove him from the political scene. He alleged that the country’s former army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa tried to destabilize his government.
Imran Khan said that he will appear in Islamabad court on Tuesday for bail in various cases. He is feeling that during this he will be arrested. He claimed that till now more than 10,000 PTI workers including top leaders and women have been arrested.
It is noteworthy that Imran Khan has informed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that he may appear on Tuesday at 11 am to join the probe in the Al Qadir Trust case. He has requested that the Bureau confirm the aforesaid timings.
