Material

  • 4 bread slices
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • finely chopped coriander
  • 1 modified green chili
  • 1 finely grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying chillies

First of all take gram flour in a bowl. Add red chili powder and salt to it. Mix all the vegetables like onion, carrot, coriander, tomato, chilli. Mix a little water in it and whisk it well. Now Chilla Pudding is ready. Dip the bread slices in it. Now heat the pan on the gas and when it becomes hot, add oil to it. Place the bread slices on the pan. Fry it till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Roast the gram flour well till the gram flour layer becomes hard. You can serve it with chutney, green chutney or red chutney.
