Hisar: Street vendors near Town Park, led by senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and spokesperson Manoj Rathi, staged a demonstration from Krantiman Park to the small secretariat on Tuesday, demanding permanent premises. A memorandum related to the demands of the street vendors was also handed over to the authorities after the demonstration, while warning that if their problems were not resolved, a fierce protest would be organized along with leaders of all opposition parties. Hisar MLA and Municipal Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta will demonstrate in front of his residence and open his polls.

As per their predetermined programme, all street vendors led by Manoj Rathi walked from Krantiman Park to Nana Secretariat. On this occasion, AAP leader Manoj Rathi said that there is no coordination between the BJP government at the center and the state, due to which the labor class is troubled. Prime Minister Narendra Modi calls on the youth to become self-employed as street vendors and fry pakoras, but Chief Minister Manohar Lal and his ministers are determined to destroy these street vendors.

Now the street vendors do not understand that Modi or Khattar are big in BJP. He said that the street vendors earn their livelihood by working hard, but on the other hand, the rigid government, its ministers and its officials do not allow them to work. The government talks about stopping crime, but if no one is allowed to live by working hard, what will happen if such youths do not become criminals. He said that the minister and his officials are removing the hawkers from here as they are in the process of settling monthly bills with them.

Manoj Rathi said that the BJP-JJP government of Haryana is completely anti-people and this government has nothing to do with any class. Chief Minister Manohar Lal is running a public dialogue program but listens only to those who speak in favor of the government. People who speak against the government and express their problems are taken away from the mic and put on public dialogue programmes. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party is with these street vendors of the city and has demanded from the administration that they should not be chased from here to there until they are given a permanent place to work.

Apart from Manoj Rathi, Sombir, Rajat, Ramesh, Armaan, Ram, Rahul, Rajkumar, Sonu, Virender, Naresh, Prakash, Ajit Bundela, Surendra Sharma, Sanjay Bundela, Krishna Saini, Mukesh Saini, Gorishankar, Daksh Kumar, Amar hundreds. Street vendors including Nepali, Manoj Sharma and Pawan Kumar were present.
