Homeopathic dispensary will open in 225 block headquarters

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal to open a homeopathic dispensary in 225 block headquarters. Creation of 450 new posts has also been sanctioned for this.

As per the proposal, a homeopathic dispensary will be opened at 225 block headquarters. One Homeopathy Medical Officer and one Junior Nurse/Compounder will be appointed in each dispensary. To provide medicines and furniture in these dispensaries Rs. 1.80 crore has been sanctioned.

With this decision of the Chief Minister, the health infrastructure of the state will be strengthened and homeopathic treatment will be available to common people at the local level. It is worth mentioning that in the budget of the year 2023-24, the Chief Minister announced to open a homeopathic hospital in every block.
