Jerusalem: Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has made a big statement about Hezbollah. He wrote on Twitter, ‘The attempt to assassinate me and my wife today by Iran’s proxy Hezbollah was a serious mistake. This will not stop me or Israel from continuing our just war against our enemies to secure our future.’

What else did Netanyahu say?

Netanyahu said, “I say to Iran and its proxies, anyone who tries to harm Israeli citizens will pay a heavy price. We will continue to destroy terrorists and those who send them.”

“We will bring our hostages home from Gaza, our citizens living on our northern border will be returned safely to their homes. Israel is committed to achieving all our war aims and changing the security reality in our region for generations to come,” Netanyahu said.

Attacks intensify in Gaza

Recently, news came out that after the death of Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, the Israeli army has intensified the attack in Gaza. In the latest attack carried out by Israel in Gaza, news came out of the death of 11 people including three children. In another attack carried out a few hours before this, at least 10 people were killed while before this 72 people were killed. In this, 33 people died in Jabalia. Thus 93 people have died in 24 hours.

On Thursday, the Israeli army said that its fighters killed dozens of militants in Gaza. Now it is moving its campaign forward with more speed. On Friday, Israel fiercely attacked several houses in Jabalia camp, the largest of Gaza’s eight historical refugee camps. Gaza residents said that Israeli tanks had blown up roads and houses by shelling.

Let us tell you that there has been a long-running conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. Many people have died so far in attacks from both sides.
