Kedarnath Yatra: Booking of helicopter service for Kedarnath Yatra has started. Helicopter booking can be done through IRCTC. Online helicopter booking will start from 12 noon on 24th May. Pilgrims can book helicopter rides from May 28 to June 15. Slots for helicopter rides have also been extended.

Helicopter companies charge Rs 6,500 to 8,000 per person for a day visit to Kedarnath Dham. To book a single round trip ticket Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 3,500 is charged.
