Tech giant Google has recently decided to discontinue its Chromecast device. Google launched Chromecast in the market in 2014. Now Google has launched a new device Google TV Streamer (4K) for its users in place of Chromecast. This device will also replace Google TV 4K which was launched in 2020.

Google TV Streamer supports 4K HDR content at 60fps. In this, the company has provided features like Dolby Vision, HDR 10+, and HLG video format. Apart from this, the Dolby Audio feature has been provided in Google TV Streamer to improve the audio experience. Google has introduced this device with a set-top box-like design. It has two color variants in which Hazel and Porcelain color options are available. Android TV OS support is provided with Google TV Streamer and it has 32GB storage with 4GB RAM.
