Tamil superstar Dhanush has gained popularity in the Telugu states. The recipient of the National Award for acting made his direct Telugu debut with the highly successful social drama “SIR” earlier this year. His next venture involves teaming up with acclaimed director Shekar Kammula for an intense pan-India thriller. And here’s some exciting news for all Dhanush fans in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Dhanush’s blockbuster film from 2014, “Raghuvaran B.Tech,” is all set to grace theaters across the twin Telugu states on August 18. The movie also features Amala Paul and Surabhi in leading roles, and it had received an immense response upon its release in both Telugu and Tamil. Directed by Velraj, “Raghuvaran B.Tech” boasted a chart-topping soundtrack composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
Renowned Telugu producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore had released “Raghuvaran B.Tech” in Telugu. Recently, another prominent Tamil star Suriya’s film “Surya Son of Krishan” had a grand re-release and enjoyed immense success. It remains to be seen whether Dhanush’s “Raghuvaran B.Tech” can achieve a similar feat.
