Material
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of modified dried fruit
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 cup modified jaggery
- 2 tbsp desi ghee

Best for making Ragi Burfi which is rich in taste and nutrition. Put ragi in the mixer and prepare its flour. If you want, you can also bring ready-made ragi flour from the market. Take a vessel and take ragi flour in it. After this take a pan and heat desi ghee in it. When the ghee melts, add modified dry fruits to it and fry till it turns golden. Now separate it in a bowl.
Now grease a plate with ghee. After this sprinkle poppy seeds over it. After this, fry ghee and ragi in a pan on low flame. When it is well roasted, add jaggery to it and let it melt. After the jaggery melts, add dry fruits to it and stir the mixture until it separates from the yolk. After this spread it in a plate. Cut in desired shape. After this keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes. Barfi will set well. You can enjoy this barfi.
