The team first checked the attendance sheet of the employees at the municipal office, but the absence was not detected due to an optional holiday on Tuesday. Apart from this, the team examined the property ID, income-expenditure records from various items of the city council, non-dues records, records related to family identity cards and questioned the officer.

SI Kuldeep Singh, ASI Surendra Dhanda, Duty Magistrate Treasury Officer Rajesh Kumar were included in this team. The team visited all the council offices, where the employees started taking their chairs after getting information about the raid. The attendance register was verified by the team here. After reaching the office of EO Rishikesh Chaudhary, the team called for all the records. Most of the complaints are coming to the city council about making property IDs, family identity cards, so the team called for record files related to this and searched for a long time. Apart from this, records relating to income from city council shops, advertisement boards etc., cleaning tenders etc. were also examined.
