‘Jigra’ actress Alia Bhatt is in the news this time more for Botox than her film. Comments are being made on her smile on social media. Now it seems that the actress has also noticed this and after seeing it, she has become very angry. The actress has written a long post on social media and reprimanded the netizens who mocked and criticized her. Actress Alia Bhatt shared a long note on Friday, October 25, criticizing the cosmetologist who claimed in a video that Alia had undergone cosmetic surgery which backfired on her. The 31-year-old actress has highlighted the things said about her ‘crooked smile’, ‘strange way of speaking’, and ‘misuse of Botox’ and called them baseless.

Alia called the claims baseless.

Alia wrote in her Instagram story, ‘There should be no judgment towards anyone who chooses cosmetic correction or surgery, your body, your choice. But wow, this is beyond ridiculous! To some videos and several clickbait articles claiming that I used Botox incorrectly – according to you I have a ‘crooked smile’ and ‘weird way of speaking’. This is your overly critical micro opinion of a human face. And now you are confidently giving a ‘scientific’ explanation, claiming that I am paralyzed on one side? Are you kidding? These are serious claims that are being casually presented without any evidence and any confirmation.’

Alia told me why people are doing this.

The actress further wrote, ‘What’s worse is that you are influencing young, vulnerable minds who may believe this nonsense. Why are you saying this? For clickbait? For attention? Because none of this makes sense. Let’s take a minute to address the absurd lens through which women are judged and objectified on the internet – our faces, bodies, personal lives, and even our bumps are up for criticism. We should celebrate individuality, not break it down under a microscope. These types of judgments perpetuate unrealistic standards, making people feel like they are never whole. It’s harmful and it’s exhausting and the saddest part? A large portion of this kind of judgment comes from other women.’

‘Live and let live’

Ending this, Alia finally said, ‘What happened to live and let live? Everyone has the right to their choice. Instead, we have become so accustomed to tearing each other apart that it has almost become a normal thing. Meanwhile, another day of even more entertainment with scripts created by the internet.’ Let us tell you, that many cosmetic surgeons are claiming on social media that Alia’s cosmetic therapy was not right. Currently, the actress clarified in her recent post that taking any cosmetic treatment on her body is her choice.
