According to information, an incident of ‘bride robbery’ has taken place with a young man from Khambhalia Panthak of Dwarka district, his entire family including the bride disappeared after taking 2 lakhs to marry this young man. A youth from Dakhanada Bara village paid Rs.2,00,000 to marry a family from Disa taluka, then within 15 days of the girl’s marriage, the girl and her family from Disa taluka went missing. When the boy’s family came to know about this, they lodged a complaint of infidelity against the girl’s alleged father and brother at the Salaya Marine Police Station, which is currently investigating the ‘bride robber’ and his family.
