America’s newly elected President Donald Trump has appointed his daughter Tiffany’s father-in-law as an advisor on Middle East affairs. Trump on Sunday announced the appointment of Lebanese American businessman Massad Boulos as senior advisor on Arab and West Asia affairs. Boulos is Trump’s brother-in-law. Trump’s daughter is married to Boulos’ son.

Boulos endorsed Trump during the election to woo the Arab American community in Michigan. During the campaign, he held dozens of meetings in areas with large Arab American populations who were angered by Democratic President Joe Biden’s support for Israeli attacks in Gaza and Lebanon.
