Delhi: On two-day remand, Sahil was watching TV before his arrest

Sahil has been sent to two-day police remand in the case of stabbing a 16-year-old witness in Delhi. Delhi Police produced Sahil in the court at 10 am and took him on remand. Now the police will further question Sahil. The police arrested the accused Sahil from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh within hours of the murder.

According to police sources, after killing the witness, Sahil threw the knife in an open field in Rithala. On Monday night, a police team went to the farm to recover the knife, but the knife was not found. Now the police team will go again to recover the knife.

Sahil had eloped after killing his minor girlfriend. He went to Bulandshahr in UP and hid in his aunt’s house. While on the run, Sahil was watching news of his crime on TV before being caught by the police. He comes to know that the murder has been recorded on the CCTV camera.

Where is the girl’s ex-boyfriend Praveen?

According to police sources, Sahil has told during interrogation that his girlfriend had an earlier relationship with a boy named Praveen. The two had broken up a year ago, but in the past few days she became friends with Praveen again. After breaking up with Praveen, she started a relationship with Sahil. When the girl started talking to Praveen again, Sahil could not digest it. And Sahil brutally beats Sakshi that if you don’t kill him then no one else will.

He was threatening the witness

Four days before the murder, Sahil had also threatened his girlfriend not to talk to any other boy but she refused. The girl’s ex-boyfriend Praveen is currently in Jaunpur. The victim got Praveen’s name tattooed on her arm. Sahil was disturbed when the victim became friends with Praveen again. Police are in touch with Praveen and will question him soon.
