Chandigarh, May 14 (Hindustan Times). Dabwali sub-division of Sirsa district of Haryana will now become a new police district. Chief Minister Manohar Lal announced this today to curb the menace of drugs and crack down on drug peddlers.
The Chief Minister reached Dabwali village on Sunday and interacted with the villagers as part of the public dialogue programme. Chief Minister Manohar Lal during the Jan Samvad program also approved 6.8 acres of land belonging to the Haryana Urban Development Authority affiliated to the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board for the expansion of Dabwali grain market. On the other hand, following the demand made by the sarpanch of Panniwala Morika to start a center for the purchase of food grains in the village, the chief minister gave permission to start the purchase center.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal also heard the problems of the people during the public dialogue program. Along with listening to the problems of the people, the Chief Minister also took feedback from the people present in the program about the policies of the present government. Meanwhile, large number of people are being recruited on merit through Ayushman Bharat-Chirayu Haryana, Haryana Kaushal Rojar Nigam, through Family Identity Card (PPP), Social Security Pension, Social Security Pension and Ration Card to end contract system. Raised hands and supported the e-tender system to bring transparency in the system and rural development.
The Chief Minister informed that 83 youths have got government jobs in Dubwali village alone during the tenure of the current government. Similarly, taking note of the issue of false claim of compensation under the Pradhan Mantri Crop Insurance Scheme in Kalanvali area during the public dialogue, the Chief Minister directed to take legal action against the culprits.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that families whose annual income is 1 lakh 80 thousand rupees have now been included in Ayushman Bharat-Chirayu Haryana. Now consideration is being given to including families in the Chirayu Haryana program whose annual income is Rs. 1 lakh is between 80 thousand to 3 lakh, contribution will be taken to include these families in the program.
