Child Welfare Committee (CWC) Moradabad president Amit Kaushal said that a 17-year-old girl from North Dinajpur district of West Bengal went missing from her home on April 25. Later, on enquiry, the relatives came to know that the girl was with Pankaj Kumar, a resident of Aliabad village under Dilari police station area of ​​Moradabad district. The West Bengal Police then contacted the Delhi-based Mukti Foundation, which corresponded with the Uttar Pradesh State Children’s Commission, to get the girl back. After receiving a tip from where, on Thursday, CWC president Amit Kaushal, members Harimohan Gupta and Akhilesh Kumar along with in-charge Parikshit Sharma of Police’s Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU), SI Israr Ahmed and constables Sandeep and Shalu Malik and Dilari were taken to Aliabad by the police. till Alibad.
