CEIR is a portal to trace lost or stolen mobiles. This portal provides the facility to block all lost or stolen mobile phones. so that it cannot be reused.

If a person tries to use a blocked mobile phone, it can be traced. Once the mobile phone is found, it can be unblocked on the portal so that its original owner can use it.

IMEI number

This system is equipped with a built-in mechanism. The central government had earlier asked to disclose the IMEI number for this purpose. This port will already have a list of IMEI numbers. If someone tries to change IMEI then its information will be available immediately.
