– CDOs expressed displeasure over non-initiation of training by 16 training institutes regarding Vocational Education Skill Development Scheme
Moradabad 22nd May (HS). A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer at the Vikas Bhavan Auditorium under the Vocational Education Skill Development Scheme on Monday, in which the CDO expressed displeasure over the Vocational Education Skill Development Scheme and warned to register an FIR by 16. Training institutes not to start training. While instructions were given by the CDO to impart training on Vocational Education Skill Development Scheme. A review of the training provided by some institutions did not find the performance satisfactory, on the basis of which they have instructed to speed up the performance.
4500 candidates are to be imparted vocational training through 21 institutes in the district. Its duration was to be decided according to the subject. Even after a month the training could not start fully. In the age group of 18 to 35 years, six subjects including health care, electrician, technician, sewing, embroidery, knitting will be given training. Each institute has responsibility for 108 candidates. Regarding this, Chief Development Officer Sumit Kumar Yadav reviewed the work with officials related to the scheme at Vikas Bhavan on Monday. Five training institutes imparted training in this. However, the CDOs expressed displeasure that the results were not satisfactory. Fusion E-Systems, Future Sap Skill Pvt Ltd, Kalpana Education Society, Daksha Academy, Narayan Education Society, Medhvi Foundation, 16 training institutes who have not started training till now have been warned to file an FIR.
District coordinator Manoj Singh said that in 2023-24, camps are to be organized in four government inter colleges, district jail, child reform planet and other training centers. For this, 100 percent registration has to be done within 15 days. Meanwhile, District School Inspector, District Jailor, District Employment Officer, Manager of Skill Development Mission were present.
