BJP’s contact campaign is the start of 2024 Lok Sabha elections: Sahajanand Rai

Gorakhpur, May 25 (Hindustan Times). A pre-preparatory meeting was held at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state office on the occasion of completion of nine years of the BJP government at the Center under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this meeting presided over by Regional Chairman Sahajananda Rai, nominated officials at the regional level participated in connection with the campaign and programme.

Meanwhile, state president Sahajanand Rai said that the nine-year tenure of the Modi government at the center has been unparalleled. On this occasion, BJP’s contact campaign from May 30 to June 30 marks the beginning of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He informed that a total of 14 programs have been fixed for this one month campaign. For this, a team of six officers has been formed at the district level and four officers at the divisional level. Meetings have been held at both levels. What is needed now is that the area, district and divisional teams work harder to make this campaign a success.

The state president said that because of the Godlike workers of the organisation, BJP is creating history by winning the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections and the 2017 and 2022 assembly elections consecutively. The party’s performance in recent civic elections has also been historic. He also thanked all office bearers and workers for this success.

This operation was done by Sunil Gupta, the state general minister and coordinator of the campaign. In the meeting, State Vice President Dr. Satyendra Sinha, Sixth Lal Nigam, Saket Singh Sonu, State Minister Janardan Tiwari, Bajrangi Singh Bajju, Media Incharge Dr. Bacha Pandey Naveen, Siddharth Shankar Pandey, Ajay Singh, Devendra Pal, Rahul Tiwari, Dr. Nirankar Tripathi, Dr. Vinaysingh JRF, Anadi Priya Pathak, Piyush Mishra, Harshvardhan Singh, Someshwar Pandey, Dr. Pankaj Singh, Rajesh Pal Chaudhary etc. were present.
