Babita Sarkar approached the Division Bench against the decision to cancel the job

Kolkata: Kolkata High Court Justice Abhijit Ganguly on Tuesday ordered the termination of employment of Babita Sarkar, a school teacher in Siliguri. That job has been given to another SSC candidate named Anamika Roy. Now Babita has approached the bench challenging Justice Ganguly’s order.

On the order of Justice Ganguly, Babita’s lawyer Firdous Shamim has filed a petition in a division bench of Justice Subrata Talukdar and Justice Supratim Bhattacharya on Thursday. After this, a division bench of Justice Talukdar and Justice Bhattacharya allowed Babita to file the case.

Ankita Adhikari, daughter of former state education minister Paresh Adhikari, was replaced in Babita Adhikari’s job. However, Babita’s job is also canceled for falsifying her academic scores.
