Akash Madhwal broke Jasprit Bumrah’s big record in IPL, created history

Akash Madhwal bowled a memorable spell in the Eliminator match of IPL 2023, breaking a big record held by his team Mumbai Indians legend Jasprit Bumrah. With the help of this brilliant spell, Mumbai Indians defeated Lucknow Supergiants and confirmed their place in Qualifier-2. Mumbai Indians decided to bat first after winning the toss. Mumbai Indians bowled brilliantly and registered a massive 81-run win against Lucknow Super Giants. Akash Madhwal bowled brilliantly for Mumbai Indians. Akash Madhwal broke Jasprit Bumrah’s record and made it to the list of top 5 bowlers in IPL history. Jasprit Bumrah was earlier at number five, now he has come at number six. This is Mumbai’s second best spell in the match so far. Alzarri Joseph is at number one.

 

 

Akash Madhwal dismissed Prerak Mankad, Ayush Badoni, Nicholas Pooran, Ravi Bishnoi and Mohsin Khan. Akash was declared player of the match. With this win, Mumbai has reached Qualifier-2 of IPL. They now have to beat Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 2 to reach the final of the IPL, which will be played on May 26 at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium.
