In a landmark judgement, the court ruled that it was not the place to preach about morals and values ​​to the society. The Supreme Court said that the courts have to keep in mind the law and rules while taking the decision and pronouncing the decision. The court gave the above verdict ordering the release of the woman accused in the case of killing her two children before the term of sentence. The accused woman was in a relationship with a man who used to threaten her over and over again. So the woman decided to commit suicide with her children. Unfortunately, both the children brought to the hospital were declared dead while the surviving woman was booked under section 302 of murder.
