New Delhi, May 26 (Hindustan Times). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release a 75 rupee coin on the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament building. One side of the coin will have the lion capital of the Ashoka pillar, with the inscription “Satyamev Jayate” underneath. Also ‘Bharat’ will be written in Devanagari script on the left and ‘Bharat’ in English on the right.
According to the Finance Ministry, a special coin of Rs 75 will be issued on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Parliament building. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release this coin. This 75 rupee coin will weigh 35 grams. It will contain a mixture of 50 percent silver, 40 percent copper and 5 percent each of nickel and zinc metal.
According to the information, the coin will also have a rupee symbol and a value of 75 in international numerals under the lion capital. The reverse side of the coin will feature a picture of the Parliament Complex, while the words ‘Parliament Complex’ in Devanagari script will be inscribed on the upper periphery and ‘Sansad Samksala’ in English on the lower periphery.
Apart from this, the year 2023 will be written below the picture of Parliament on this coin. This coin is minted by Kolkata Mint of Government of India.
