Russia-China warships encircle Japan, situation tense
Tokyo, June 21 (H.S.). The war between Ukraine and Russia is not over yet. Meanwhile, the situation in the Pacific Ocean has become tense. In fact, warships of Russia and China have surrounded Japan. More than two dozen warships of Russia and China are believed to have been circling the seas around Japan and its islands for the past few days.
Japan’s Defense Ministry issued a statement expressing concern about China’s warships. The Japanese army is keeping an eye on these Russian and Chinese warships that are constantly circling around their country. In the last four days alone, the Japanese army has detected four naval ships from China and 16 from Russia. These warships also include China’s most modern and powerful Type 055 Destroyer warship. In addition, a Type 052D Destroyer battleship and a Type 901 supply ship have also been seen sailing south to the west of Honshu Island in the Pacific Ocean. An electronic intelligence surveillance warship is also present there with them. Two Chinese warships headed for the Pacific Ocean, crossing the Soya Strait separating Japan’s main island of Hokkaido from Sakhalin Island in the north. At the same time a warship carrying espionage and fuel supplies passed through the Pacific Ocean.
Apart from these Chinese warships, 16 Russian warships are also circling Japan. Japan’s military said five Russian warships had entered the East China Sea from the Philippines Sea. These Russian warships have passed through the waters of the Japanese islands of Okinawa and Miyakojima. Apart from this, 11 other Russian warships are patrolling the sea area near Japan.
