Over 200 people protest outside Durga temple in England, chanting ‘Allah Hu Akbar’

More than 200 people from the Muslim community raised slogans on Tuesday outside a Hindu temple in Smethwick, England’s West Midlands. Many videos of this incident are also going viral on social media, in which many people are seen raising slogans of ‘Allah Hu Akbar’.

In a video being shared on social media, a crowd of people can be seen moving towards the Durga Bhawan Hindu temple at Spawn Lane. During this they are also raising slogans.

 

 

After getting information about the incident, the local administration took action and the police tried to control the protesters. During this, some people were also seen climbing on the wall of the temple. According to a report, a social media account named Apna Muslim called for a peaceful protest outside the Durga Bhavan temple on Tuesday.

Significantly, during the Asia Cup, there was a violent clash in Leicester city after the cricket match between India and Pakistan. In this connection, this recent incident is also being seen. However, the police have started investigation to find out the real reason behind it.
