A 23-year-old Indian student has died after being shot during a robbery in Chicago. The incident took place in South Side’s Princeton Park, where Devashish Nandepu was shot dead during an armed robbery on the night of January 22. Chicago police shared information about the case on the morning of 23 January.
According to media reports, an Indian has been shot in this firing. Media reports said that Nandepu died at 4 a.m. on January 23 at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. It is being told that Devashish Nandepu was injured in this incident. After which he was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he died.
According to information, Nandepu and another person were standing in a parking lot at around 6.55 pm on January 22 when a vehicle approached them and demanded valuables at gunpoint. It is being told that two people were traveling in the vehicle. The robbers shot Nandepu and his friend when they resisted the robbery. Police said one suffered a chest injury and was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he remains in serious condition.
