Announcement of the Government of Canada, vaccination will not be mandatory for foreign travelers from 30 September
Now the cases of corona are decreasing all over the world. In such a situation, countries around the world are also removing restrictions in view of the decreasing outbreak of Kovid-19. This has brought great relief to the citizens going to Canada. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has approved the end of September to end the vaccination requirement for people coming to Canada.
Like Canada, the United States requires foreign nationals to be vaccinated upon entering the country. No change in mandate is expected in the US in the near future. Foreign travelers who are not allowed to enter Canada currently have to undergo a corona test and a 14-day quarantine upon arrival in the country.
Trudeau’s Liberal government is still deciding whether to uphold the requirement for passengers to wear face masks on trains and planes. Non-vaccinated professional athletes such as major league baseball players will be allowed to play in the playoffs in Toronto if the Blue Jays reach the postseason. Currently, they are not allowed to cross the Canadian border.
Let us tell you that like the United States, foreign nationals coming to Canada are required to show vaccination certificates. However, the US has not yet announced the end of vaccination.
Significantly, so far more than 42 lakh cases of corona have been reported in Canada. Whereas more than 45 thousand people have lost their lives due to corona virus.
