15 more people died due to Kovid-19 in North Korea

Seoul: The country’s state media gave this information on Sunday. The death cases reported on Sunday took the number of people who lost their lives to fever in the country to 42. The official Korean Central News Agency also reported that after the death of another 296180 people suffering from fever, the death toll has increased to 820620.

After upholding the widely disputed claim of being coronavirus-free for more than two years, North Korea announced on Thursday that the country had found some of the first COVID-19 patients since the pandemic began. Fever has spread explosively across the country since the end of April. But it has not been disclosed how many cases of Kovid-19 have been found. This outbreak of the corona virus has raised concerns about a humanitarian crisis in North Korea.

Most of the country’s 26 million population is believed to have not received the anti-coronavirus vaccine and the country’s public health care system has been in shambles for decades. Some experts say North Korea lacks the diagnostic kits needed to test large numbers of suspected COVID-19 patients. He says that if North Korea does not immediately receive consignments of vaccines, medicines and other medical supplies from other countries, then the country could die in large numbers.
