Yoga at various places in Mathura on International Yoga Day
Mathura, June 21 (H.S.). On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga program was held at government semi-government places including Mathura, Vrindavan Govardhan on Tuesday morning. Mainly at Mohan Pehalwan Sports Stadium (Ganesara Stadium), State Minister Rakesh Rathore did yoga with the people. He said that yoga should be done daily, because yoga increases the immunity of the body. During this, Baldev MLA Puran Prakash, District Magistrate Navneet Singh Chahal and Chief Development Officer Dr. Nitin Gaur and other officials also performed yoga.
On the occasion of Yoga Day, 8th International Yoga Day was organized at Ganeshara Stadium. Rakesh Rathore, Minister of State for Urban Development, Urban Holistic Development, Urban Employment was the chief guest in the Yoga Day program organized by the district administration. District Magistrate Navneet Singh Chahal said that in the program of Amrit Yoga Week, following the common yoga protocol, the practice of subtle exercise activities has been done by yoga instructors at different places from 6 am to 8 am every day. Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer of AYUSH Department, Dr. Sharad Verma informed that yoga is being done at different places in the district and people are participating enthusiastically. Everyday the district is moving towards success in making people aware and encouraged through yoga camps. In this context, all the departments of Mathura are showing solidarity in achieving their goals.
